Dr. Fortenberry is part of a trusted Houston tradition of dental comfort & care. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. He also has his Mastership with the Academy of General Dentistry & is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We drive 2 1/2 hours from our home in Bayside TX just for dental appointments because Dr. Fortenbery is such a great dentist. His hygienists are caring and knowledgeable. They do a great job cleaning my teeth and giving me tips to ensure my teeth are healthy. They watch for issues but don't recommend unnecessary procedures. They have great work ethics and are trustworthy and do not recommend frivolous, expensive procedures. They actually care about the health of my teeth. When you find these attributes in a dentist office, you stay with them even when you move 2 1/2 hrs away!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was my first time here and I can say for sure that it was amazing. Very knowledgeable and funny staff! The cleaning and xray process was great and they a provided a comforting atmosphere. I had an 11am appointment and showing up 15 minutes early, I had to fill out some paperwork and once I was done, I went into the operating room. The entire wait before being seated in the operating room was only about 10 minutes. The cleaning itself, plus xrays, and consultations took roughly 45 minutes. Highly recommended.

From cleanings to fillings to crowns to bridges to Invisilign, he has cared for our family for more years than I can count. He knows what he's doing and is kind. All the hygienists are great, especially Marsha. I pray he never retires. I don't trust anyone else with my teeth.
